Using Mindfulness As A Tool For Catching Your Positive Vibes – ballROOM
How mindfulness support personal well-being by addressing the needs of youth 16-24? What does an effective mindfulness routine look like when you’re suffering from emotional exhaustion and lack of motivation?
Over the last year, Cliff Crosby, Super Bowl Champion & Entrepreneur, has been providing daily affirmations and positive messaging to youth, young adults and caregivers, with the goal to help motivate and inspire change by way of self-reflection.
Participants will engage with the presenter in a fruitful discussion about how discipline from sports, establishing a daily routine, and maintaining a healthy diet can relieve stress, foster inner peace, provide a calm and empathetic space for self-care. Which will in turn reduce the risk of substance abuse and overdose amongst youth & young adults alike.

Me and My Mirror – ballROOM

We see more than just our reflection in the mirror, we see the person on the inside of us who cries out for hope and healing. Pastor Steph has had the privilege of helping youth and NBA players discover their true identity for almost a decade. In this session we will confront the reality of how our past, people and pressures of life have shaped us, while learning the secrets to becoming the best version of ourselves in order to experience true peace!
