Dr. Radhia Afif is the owner and operator of The Behavioral Wealth Project LLC. For more than a decade, Dr. Afif has dedicated herself to the personal and professional growth of others as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). She is also a certified facilitator of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program, supporting parents and caregivers in building stronger, healthier family systems. Dr. Afif has worked with children, youth, and families across school, home, and community settings. The Author of ” How To Train Your Parents”, Dr. Afif earned her bachelor’s degree from Temple University and later obtained a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a PhD in Human Services. Her research focuses on parenting styles and practices. While her educational background is extensive, she is known for blending research with real-life experience in ways that feel relatable and practical. Creative, engaging, and grounded, she connects with people in a genuine and healing way. Change can be difficult, and there is no need to complicate the process.
