NiaChloe Bowman is an Afropreneur, financial educator and community advocate dedicated to closing the racial wealth gap through culturally relevant financial education. In her early twenties, she navigated her own journey from poverty to financial stability as a high-earning yet in-debt college graduate, ultimately paying off $20,000 in debt while learning how to manage her money, invest pre-tax dollars and build long-term financial systems. In 2020, she founded Healthy Pockets, an emerging multi-brand company focused on improving financial outcomes for current and future generations. Its flagship brand, The $hmoney Coach, teaches young Black and Brown adults practical strategies for budgeting, credit building and wealth habits. NiaChloe has helped over 100 individuals improve their financial health through curriculum, coaching and digital resources. Her work has been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC and ABC’s Good Morning America, and her content sparked financially real conversations reaching over 3.7 million people across TikTok and Instagram in 2025.
