Jason Boursiquot is a youth advocate from Hyattsville, Maryland. His podcasts covers topics from personal development, community, networking, mental health, self-care and motivation to spotlight positivity in the community.

Jason Boursiquot also serves as a youth church leader at Zion Church with Offscript Ministry  , which he has had a profound impact on the spiritual, personal, mental, and emotional development of young individuals. Given his extensive experience and proven track record of success in various leadership roles feeding the homeless, taking youth to Dave and Busters, Backpack Giveaways at Glenarden Library, Speaking on Panels and Community events  as well  as having  a  teen leadership program covering topics such as Mental Health, Social Media, Money Management, Creative Expression, Entrepreneurship, Film, Photography, and Podcasting, Through leadership, dedication to the youth , he is able  to create the change he wants to see in the world. Being who he needed when he was younger is important, but being who God has called him to be is the ultimate goal. His motivational content, dedication, and hard work allow others to feel inspired, be seen and heard.
