Jonathan Romero is a Counseling Psychology graduate student at Bowie State University. He has worked in direct care in the behavioral health field for four years. When he is not working or studying, he spends his time for protecting his craft as a professional Barber. His interests includes studying stress and trauma in the black community, the collective consciousness and mythologies role in the understanding of the psyche, and understanding the relationship between divination systems and psychology. His hobbies include research, listening to music, exercising. It’s ultimate goal is to earn his LCPC, become a successful entrepreneur, and uses research skills to broaden the understanding of mental health in BIPOC communities.
