Chardelle Moore is a multidisciplinary artist, speaker, tv personality, writer, producer, director, poet, and visionary. She is the founder and CEO of the award-winning multimedia communications and production company Motivational Moore. With an emphasis on elevating human consciousness, the company develops and produces premium content across music, film, television, digital platforms, speech, poetry, and live events.
Before launching Motivational Moore, Chardelle was a lifestyle host, traffic reporter, and creative producer for WBFF FOX45 Baltimore. During her five years at the station, she played a vital role in developing several initiatives, including debuting and anchoring the daily lifestyle-entertainment talk show BMORE Lifestyle.
Previous to her work at WBFF FOX45 Baltimore, Chardelle was a host and reporter for DC Hot Spots on The CW affiliate in Washington, DC. She was also an anchor for KALI TV and spent some time at CBS Radio. She began her television career as a production assistant at BET and later became a host for a digital music network.
Further television credits for Chardelle include starring in commercials for Chevrolet, The Home Depot, Kaiser Permanente, Colgate, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, and a social ad campaign for Macy’s.
A prolific orator, Chardelle is an international touring speaker and lecturer focused on personal development, consciousness, creativity, and communication. Her philosophies are sought after by corporations, educational institutions, brands, governments, and the media.
In 2021, Chardelle released her debut studio album Inward Awakening via Motivational Moore Music, the record label owned by Motivational Moore, which she wrote, and executive produced. Full of inspirational lyrics and electric originality, the multi-genre poetic collection explores self-knowledge, inner power, mind expansion, and spirituality.
Chardelle was born in Grand Bay, Dominica, and raised in greater Washington, DC. A national cover model, she is a former Miss Caribbean Metro USA, where she served as a spokesperson for the Caribbean-American community.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in broadcast journalism and a minor in public relations from Marymount University. Chardelle held several leadership positions and received the Senior Leadership Award for demonstrating excellence in her community outreach initiatives. She is a proud charter member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
